Amidst the ruins of an old museum, in the piano room, a thousand stories intertwine. Time flows unpredictably amidst dusty collapses and fleeting apparitions: centuries can pass in an instant. Strange characters cross the stage, giving life to a continuous flow that slowly advances towards the cold end of an inner winter.
Reflections on death, the weather and even the texture of a Calippo ice lolly accompany actors and audience members on a journey made up of overlapping figures, songs and small circus feats. Through the technique of ‘magie poubelle’ and the self-deprecating humour typical of kunst-cirque, the drama frees itself from the desperate feeling of being frozen on this planet. Transcending the boundaries of formal performance, the show questions itself and seeks a way out of itself and its own unusual ghosts.

My!Laika is a contemporary circus company founded in 2009, which weaves together movement, music and imagery in creations characterised by a visionary and non-linear style. Its shows are born from poetic and distorted associations, capable of blending theatre, circus and performance into an original and amoral universe. Following the debut of Popcorn Machine, which won the Jeunes Talents Cirque 2010 award, the company has taken its work to major international festivals and theatres, including the Festival d’Avignon, the Grec Festival and the Teatro Circo Price, whilst continuing to perform in Europe’s more alternative and independent venues. In 2014, Side Kunst-Cirque was founded, a fully self-produced travelling big top that hosts shows such as Dekalé, Radio Tagadà, Stupid Palace, Laerte and Winter. At the same time, the company develops site-specific projects such as Domoi and new productions such as Duet and Dolores (2024/25). Alongside artistic creation, My!Laika organises international festivals dedicated to the performing arts and has also produced films, including A Domestic Apocalypse, The Buonarotti Complex and Just Another Storm.
