The North East Ska*Jazz Orchestra is a 16-piece big band that unites people professionally active in the Jamaican and African-American music scene.
In 2014 they released their first EP Music For Marikana, produced with the support of the Time For Africa association, with which they collaborated to build an educational-cultural center in the center of Marikana, a mining area of South Africa.
