It is a tribute to being alone, to the inventive self, to the self that is comfortable with being by itself. With the combination of a teeterboard, Luuk expands the borders of what teeterboard is, and can be. A discipline that contains a lot of force and power yet has the possibility to canalize that force into a state of weightlessness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Luuk Brantjes<\/strong> is a circus artist and maker from Rotterdam, The Netherlands. After graduating with his collective 4onBoard from DOCH University for dance and circus in 2020, Luuk\u2019s path diverted into the creation of his first solo performance L O N E, an abstract solo circus piece that portrays the fine line between alone and lonely.
