{"id":5323,"date":"2025-05-15T15:11:19","date_gmt":"2025-05-15T13:11:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/terminal-festival.com\/?p=5323"},"modified":"2025-05-19T18:44:08","modified_gmt":"2025-05-19T16:44:08","slug":"laboratorio-coreografico-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/terminal-festival.com\/en\/choreographic-workshop-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Choreographic workshop"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Kala Teatro<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Wednesday, 18 June <\/b><b>\u2013<\/b><b> 5:00-7:00 pm<br \/>\n<\/b>Park \u2013 Outdoors<\/p>\n<p><b>Free admission upon reservation, max. 25 participants<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b>Recommended age: <b>16+<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Comfortable clothing in plain colours (preferably without bright patterns or prints) is required (e.g. long, loose-fitting skirts\/pants that allow movement).<br \/>\nThe choreography workshop is aimed at young people and adults with or without dance experience and aims to create a collective choreographic action with the participants that relates to the surrounding place and space.<br \/>\nIn a first warm-up phase, participants will be guided through physical and sensory exercises to become aware of their bodies and the space around them.<br \/>\nIn the second phase, the focus shifts to the creative and artistic aspect of the experience. Actions and movements are simple, precise and repetitive. Each action arises from a meaningful object, each movement is a profound manifestation of a message from the soul. Selected pieces of music and poetry accompany the dance, which becomes a collective ritual.<br \/>\nIn this workshop, dance, poetry and music intertwine to create a collective experience aimed at the deep awakening of dormant instincts.
