DISCO SOUP <\/b>is an international event organized by Slow Food’s youth network to promote discussion on the issue of food waste. The unsold fruit and vegetables collected in the morning from Udine\u2019s food markets will be used for a painting session and an anti-waste happy hour to celebrate Friuli Venezia Giulia\u2019s first DISCO SOUP<\/b>.<\/p>\n

DISCO DYE <\/b>in collaboration with MisMas, 4:00-5:00 pm
\nFree fabric printing workshop: bring the fabric you want to give new life to (garments, household linens, curtains, etc.), shapes, and colors. We’ll take care of it!
\nHow to participate: reservation recommended by sending an email to friuli@slowfoodfvg.it<\/a>.
\nFree participation while painting stations last.<\/p>\n

SOUP-ERARE LO SPRECO<\/b>, talk on the issue of food waste, moderated by Laura Antoniacomi, 5:00-6:00 pm
\nGuests and audience will share experiences and reflections on the topic of food waste. Bring your ideas for a \u201cwaste-free\u201d planet!
