DISCO SOUP is an international event organized by Slow Food’s youth network to promote discussion on the issue of food waste. The unsold fruit and vegetables collected in the morning from Udine’s food markets will be used for a painting session and an anti-waste happy hour to celebrate Friuli Venezia Giulia’s first DISCO SOUP.
Programme:
DISCO DYE in collaboration with MisMas, 3:30-5:00 pm
Free fabric printing workshop: bring the fabric you want to give new life to (garments, household linens, curtains, etc.), shapes, and colors. We’ll take care of it!

Free participation while painting stations last.
SOUP-ERARE LO SPRECO, talk on the issue of food waste, moderated by Laura Antoniacomi, 5:00-6:00 pm
Guests and audience will share experiences and reflections on the topic of food waste. Bring your ideas for a “waste-free” planet!
